A Small & Rare Elm Gate-leg “Coaching table”. The single piece oval top of good colour and patination standing on a folding cruciform frame with five turned legs and plain stretchers.
coaching tables were used in the age of carriages or coaches for easy transport and set up during expeditions. The table flips closed for easy transport or storage; the legs allow the table to fold flat when traveling.
