Elegant George III Apple Tea Caddy

A wonderful example of a period Apple tea caddy with exceptional colour, some red blushing, great patination and unusual shaped stem. The interior still retains most of its original tin foil lining. Like all fruit tea caddies, this has a steel hinge, shaped lock and escutcheon with a tasseled key. (Medium is Sycamore)
