Exceptional George II tea chest
An exceptional quality George II period rare English Tea Chest veneered in Laburnum, with herringbone inlay and standing on ogee bracket feet. This chest has a brass carry handle and brass escutcheon, it has quartered veneered panels to the top, front and sides, as well as blind fretwork carvings on the canted top and front. In the chests interior, four compartments can be found. Two removable dividers separate the three compartments on the front
